More news on my food cart business since I now have credit cards with a high limited I put a note on my facebook page asking my local friends to let restaurants that they have friends who own it that I am willing to pay $50.00 a month to get my commissary so I can open my food cart full time. All I need it for is to wash my pots and dumb my water out in their sink,This is what the health dept. want when I get my commissary I can run my food cart every day. so this will cover my credit card monthly payment. for the commissary , number 2 if I have to hire some one at this time it will be $10.00 a hour to work for me doing my food cart. I m going to make sure people who work for me know serf save stuff. this help keep the food safe. It will all so be $10.00 a hour if I do big events like the county fair that I do not need a commsiary for. Ok that it for now.
