I saw a man in the past couple of days who kept wandering around where I walk my dogs and he looked really low so I gave him a big smile and said hello and he smiled back and greeted me. I think it is lovely to reach out with a smile.

True message.. today in mid of job tension, promotion pressure ,office politics and in other ups & down in life we feel upset and depression.. and only smile is only way to avoid these all things and live life happily
