I have some leftover bread which I will use for making bread pudding. There is no hard and fast rule that I follow while making this pudding. I just open the fridge and see what ingredients could go there. I see raisins, cashew nuts, sun dried apricots. I also see milk in there. May be I will caramelise the vessel and pour the stuff in there. Ofcourse what is a bread pudding without eggs. I have a good stock of that too. So off I go now Here's wishing everyone a successful myLotting experience.

I have had bread pudding once and did not like it. The one in this photo you posted looks yummy though. Is this a photo of a bread pudding dish you made in the past?

You can use your imagination but do not forget eggs. They bind the ingredients together

I have an easy method. I just break bread pieces and place them in layers and everything else also is placed in layers.
