Lately I been having so much stress mostly about money... I wish I could just take one day at time but it just seems like it's too much I can't handle it. So I would really appreciate if you could give me good advice for stress relief.

I was actually about to draft a discussion about a concept called "Observe" which would help you to de-stress a bit, I'm sure !! I would share the link once I'm done with that post. Observe in yoga is a concept where one would concentrate on the current happenings without thinking about past or future. This way we can win the current situation with extreme focus. Once you start focusing you would put your brain and heart on the same, thus increasing your analysis on the current task. For eg. When you are eating, concentrate just on the food and how it would benefit your health. You are now eliminating your diversion on other things like office tension, financial burden, late payments etc.. Observing every activities plus a bit of meditation would do the magic. The trick is take every task one by one and give your fullest in there ..

Hi, I know that feeling. When I'm stressed I really enjoy listening to soft and quite music, maybe even just 'Meditation music" on youtube, you have it going for an hour or more. Going on a drive listening to music is great, even by bus or train. going nowhere. Taking deep breaths and just being by myself and relaxing reduces my stress, not overthink everything. Read books can help me too, lets my mind think about something else for a while. I hope I helped, good luck!

Can you find a job that's pays the money that you need or want? If not, can you reduce your expenses? If not, then you will have to find ways that will relax you. Music, a good friend, reading, becoming more spiritual are a few ways to cope. What do you think?

@GegeTheMechanic I've always helped my children and am happy to help. I'm sure your parents are like that too.

I find doing some form of exercise helps to relieve stress. Yoga is good for me but I also just like dancing and walking.
