Tasting Keebler fudge covered coconut dreams cookies

These Keebler cookies are practically like eating candy and somewhat reminiscent of a Mounds bar. They are thick with a donut hole and a bit chewy. Quite tasty. The coconut flavored filling (packaging claims made from real coconut) has a caramel layering on top. The whole thing is dipped in a fudge coating. I suggest these cookies be kept in the fridge to keep firm. Warmth would make them a melty mess. I liked these cookies a lot.

I did a search on MyPoints to see what these cookies were as I did not recognize the name. I earned 15 points yay but even better I recognize now what cookies you are talking about. They sure are delicious. They are very much like a certain kind of girl scout cookie which I think are called Samoas. I have a recipe I found on Pinterest to make a copycat version but it looks tough.

Congrats on getting 15 points on your search with mypoints. How does the point system work with them never really used it? Is it anything like inboxdolkars? The girlscout cookies like these ones are good as well. They even have copycat recipes for the thinmints.

Not tried these, but they sound similar to Bounty Bars, over here. They are coconut covered in chocolate, milk or plain depending on your taste
