Recently, I start keeping fit. At 02:00, I was quite hungry and I choose to eat a cup of cup noodle before sleeping again. And I will do more fitness exercise next day.
If you were I, what would you do? Eat or sleep?
I'll eat something, but not noodles though. Probably something lighter like fruits. I also try not to think about the noodles. If not no matter what I eat, I have to eat the noodles in the end to be satisfied
