We see almost any where as FREE on net but they ask for payment somewhere.????

When we watch on the net, almost all sites ( jobs, earn money, marketing, business and many other )attracts by displaying " FREE ". When the browsing person goes for details, at some where on that page or some other page he will observe that they ask for some ' FEE ' and then that visitor will be irritated. Time and Money is wasted for that visitor. Is this type of Advertisements good for that sites?
