I need geek help with my phone

My apps keep crashing. This is a Motorola E. I have tried updating most of them. However, hardly any are working and Google keeps crashing. There is no virus on the phone. I really don't want to have to do a factory reset, because I will have to reinstall all my apps. Advice?? I hope a techy person will help me.
