Kandase mentioned Bubblews earlier today and thought brought them all back into my thoughts. I wonder if anyone knows whatever became of them?? I wonder if they perhaps jumped the gun when they all picked up and moved to San Francisco?? I can understand how they would be tempted, but it certainly can't be an economical place to live. Sad that they had to close their doors, but I did meet some really interesting people over there. Luckily, most are now over here!! :)

They have started another company, spending plenty of money, surely the money they had to give to the Bubblews writers who were not paid. If you are curious the new company is Sweeble and they made a "Sweeble launch party" in Hollywood inviting important guests. Have a look here if you are curious.

@marguicha I was furious when I saw those photos, they had just stopped paying the users and I saw that big party where they surely have thrown thousands of dollars. I thought, here it is how they spend OUR money.

Bubblews was a scam very well disguised for some time. What is past is past.

I had no idea that it was all a scam... I honestly thought that they were just a bunch of kids who made some really bad decisions. I never heard of Sweeble, but if what I'm hearing is true... I really am disgusted that they got away with all that they did. Just checked out the video that Anna posted... that's the guys. And here I actually felt sorry for them!!
Really disgusted!!

I was one of the lucky ones who did not lose any money, for whatever reason I was always paid, but was furious that they scammed so many of my friends. After not writing for quite some time, I met up with Belle Starr and she told me about myLot and I've reconnected with many that I enjoyed interacting with and many new friends.

I was lucky enough to get out with most of my earnings intact.

I don't know what happened to them. I still have some $200 unpaid redemptions from there; but I earned from there too and met a lot of nice people there. I was simplewoman there.
