What is the best way to reduce your pressure?

Many people work hard and suffer work pressure nowadays .It is normal and important for our health and influence their work. How to reduce this problem ? Some people choose relax and the other take exercises .I think relax is the best way to reduce the pressure . You can take sleep or shopping ,reading, gardening etc . Many people enjoy relax time and feel very helpful and get benefits from it . What do you think about it ?
