Tired or Just Lazy?

Last night I finished my work pretty late and I felt so tired. As I was about to leave, someone invited me for a tennis match. I declined at first because I felt so tired, but he kept insisting until I accepted. I felt very tired but as the game progressed, I felt more and more energetic. I didn't win (my opponent was better) but I did discover that what I felt was not really exhaustion. It was more of a laziness that made me think that I am exhausted. After the game I went home and felt so awake and full of energy. I even slept later than usual. Did you ever feel less tired after doing physical activity?

I think exercise is supposed to get endorphins moving which are the 'feel good' whatevers. Exercising can be quite addictive. Luckily I've managed to avoid it!

True! It was very productive. If i didn't go for the match I would've spent the evening at home watching tv until I fall asleep

I'm the same way. My biggest excuse is usually that I'm lazy. I work at a job that is very physically demanding. I have the energy to keep up, but when I get home, I'm just too lazy to do anything else. lol

I feel that way too. But once I start working, all the laziness goes away.
