Don't get me wrong I love the Internet.. I mean how you we get by anymore without it.. but Ithe drives me crazy that all the places you work, you have to do an application online.. that is one thing I don't like about the web.. I wish that it was like it use to be and walk in, get an app to feel out, and talk right to mgt that day.. it was so much easier to get a job that way.

Me too, and I think that it makes it harder to get a job that way because there are so many people out there filling out the same app to hopefully get the job

I agree, I don't like the online application route. It's not personal anymore at all. I think if a boss can get to know you a little and speak with you right away you have a better chance at the job if they like you.

The lack of real human interaction sounds quite bad, you can't get to know a person just by looking at their resume or photo. I wouldn't say it's harder now, it's just wrong.
Newer generations aren't good at face to face interactions, I think most of them prefer the online way.

Yeah true I think it is hard for the younger people to take face to face now..

I agree that it would be good to make that first impression by picking up the app.

Yes I have interviews from filling out apps for places to work as well I just don't like the way we have to do it.
