clixsense stopped payment by Paypal

To my horror I received an update from clixense that Paypal is no longer accepting payments from them.
They transferred the money back in clixense account and said the only option is Payoneer..
I have no idea what is it?
I heard that Paypal is changing guidelines but did not know they will no longer accept sites that have been paying through them since years...
Does anyone has any idea about Payoneer

I asked for payment on last Friday...
Now they have transferred the amount back into my clixense account
