Your superior not talking to you. - What would you feel?

Have you had this experience? You work for a company, you have a superior, then they never talk to you to discuss updates.
I just do not see myself working well or being really productive if I am left out with the relevant updates that I need to know. I am not sure but it seems that they want me to look bad in front of the other employees for I know less.
How would you feel if this happens to you?

Of course I need to be better but it is a bit harder specially when I need to get the updates somewhere if they don't really want to update me. I had had the same experience but I always pray to God and he always save the day.
But I did quit the job after. It is not healthy for me and thinking of the small salary I have its not worth it. But if you have a good salary there and a promising career patiently wait and work with honesty and dedication God will surelybprovide everything that you need to excel.

I also thought of quitting as the solution to this problem. But giving it a thought, I deserved the position that I have and I will not let them dictate on what should I do with my employment. Having a family to provide for is also one thing that needs to be considered. I may just need to endure and yes, I need to pray and praise God always for he makes ways.
