Fitness Tracker Toward my Goal

Summer is coming and I really wanted to lose a few inches and pounds. My BMI is normal but I wanted to be fitter. I've been eating my heart since Christmas and all the pasta and pizza are not helping. I got my fitness band and my fitness app I hope this will help me to know if I'm hitting my goal everyday. I know that its not 100% right but its there at least. I can estimate how much time should I dedicate from running and my other exercise routine. Its not raining anymore and Alex is getting bigger and I think he will be ready to come with me to run at night. I could use some company. Let's get summer ready!

I have a Fitbit HR given by my daughters as a Christmas gift 2 years ago and I use it for my early morning walks at the ovals. I even use it to bed to keep track of my sleeping habit. I use it too to set different alarms for different days of the week.
