Does Anybody remember Benneton sweaters?

I don't think Benneton is still in business, but the colorful Italian sweaters were all the rage in the 1980's. I remember I paid big bucks for one once, probably about a hundred and twenty dollars in today's money..and the stupid thing got a hole in it! I was so annoyed! The sweater looked nice, but it sure wasn't worth the money!!

Oh I wouldn't know..I haven't bought anything from them..since that terrible sweater ordeal!

Do you mean Benetton the Italian clothing retailer? Yes, they are still in business and I see their sweaters in the local clothing shops.

@snowy22315 I do not know if they have still stores in the United States, Sisley is their other brand.

@LadyDuck Not sure, but I know they sell the sweaters at Nordstroms one of our department stores. They are pretty sweaters but I would not buy another one.

Benetton is here in business. Though they are expensive, but i like them. I have many from them. Recently, i bought a yellow sweater from them for i loved that bright color.

I remember those sweaters. I noticed the same thing. Not sure if they still have products here in our country.

You know if it was something that lasted forever, I wouldn't have minded paying that, but it was obviously not very durable.
