I am too sore to work out.

But I am going to push on and see what I can get done. I don't want to make any excuses to keep me from working out. But even my inner thighs are sore. I could not put on my boot without making moaning noises. My arms are really sore. But I could put my hands another way to work a different part of my arms. oh boy do you push forward when your really sore? if you do how do you manage to do it?

I train lighter when my body is sore after working out. I also do some stretching exercises and I use the foam roller.

Yes but something is wrong with my shoulders already. and the machine is pulling hard on them.

I will take a minute to just lay down until the sores gone. Sometimes it will take 2 to 3 hours before it's gone.
