Hey everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is very windy here today. Work was fine for me. Then I had a doctor's appointment and tanning. When I finally got home I got changed for the gym and fed the parrot. Now I am just sitting down. I only have a few minutes before it will be time for me to leave for my workout. I honestly prefer it this way. I hate sitting around waiting for the time to pass until it is time to leave. It is better to be busy. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

Time goes much more quickly if you keep busy. It pretty much goes quickly enough for me without overdoing the 'busy' bit.
