I like thousands of other people just love chocolate. I grew up believing that it was 100% bad for me and everyone else that ate that good tasting chocolate.. Of course I still ate chocolate because I loved it. What child does not grew up loving to eat chocolate. Chocolate is still high in calories so you should not eat a lot of it. Just a small amount at a time. Chocolate is a super food. When you are under a lot of stress eat a small piece of chocolate. You will feel relaxed and a lot better after eating the chocolate. Also chocolate is really good for your heart and for your brain. Anything that will be good for my heart and brain is ok with me to eat and enjoy. Chocolate also helps you get rid of toxins in your body. Also chocolate will help give you lower blood pressure. Lower cholesterol and give you a lower risk of heart disease. Chocolate will also reduce the risk of diabetic. So enjoy a little bit of chocolate at a time. I know I will.

Dark chocolate helps lower my blood pressure down. And if I eat one small square of it every single day, I feel like I got my treat, satisfied my cravings without gaining weight. It's better to have little bit every day than having none of it and then when you can't resist no more you start binging on large quantity. It's unhealthy this way. The amount of caffeine and sugar that chocolate has is also very unhealthy in big quantities.
