I had plans to start a new discussion this morning and tell you all where I went last friday BUT the bells have just started ringing outside and that means it is noon already!
Where did the time go? 
Is it already noon where you are too?
I guess I will not start a new post until mid-afternoon now as I have so many notifications to get through 
So everyone (except one) will have to wait just a wee bit longer

I think it is past noon for you now. I took a break for lunch and hopefully the afternoon will be longer and I can catch up again.

Yes it does and yes we do indeed! The sun is shining outside but I'm not in the mood to go out unless a friend phones and suggest a coffee. There is always tomorrow

@mysdianait We are going out for breakfast with one of my husband's older brothers in a little while. I'm looking forward to it, we are a really large family, and we don't see enough of each other, so it will be a nice visit.

Now I have the dishes from lunch soaking and the water will go cold if I don't budge and go and wash them!

I know the feeeling! It is after noon here but now on another day as I read your post. There is so much I would like to write about but I can't even keep up with my latest posts ...let alone all the notifications from our friends here too. One day I will catch up - that is, when I catch up with myself!

Yes we have the same time and it was cold here too earlier but now it is much warmer and up to 10°C which will probably increase in the next couple of hours. Just right for a coffee and a walk but I'm not sure that I can bebothered to go, unless someone calls and suggests it.

@LadyDuck Yes there are so many here and they still keep arriving. Once the spring comes then there will be even more but no-one seems to be doing anything specific about the situation at all, not even Europe

@mysdianait We parked the car and crossed the border walking. Ponte-Chiasso is not the best place where to park your car. There were plenty of refugees trying to cross the border, stopped by the Italian police. This is becoming a serious problem.

Noon is almost six hours away. I'm sitting here enjoying my first coffee of the day. It a few minutes I will be taking the dog for a quick stroll up and down our driveway. (We have a long driveway!)

@Yadah04 Oh no! I have done that in the past but it is dangerous. If I read something here which makes me laugh when I have my mouth full there is a mess to clean up and that wastes time
