Is Forex Trading a scam?

I saw lot of advertisements on social media about Forex. It says that it's offer a fast ROI but as a newbie in that kind of industry, I don't know how to start. Is there any Forex elites here who can help?

They say it is not a scam. And you can start at $25 dollars back in 2012 I think. But you must really have the idea on how to play it because you might lose at the end. And you need to monitor it I think almost 24/7 . If you can find a group who can hell you I think that's better.
Anyway anything that is big has a bigger risk. Just make sure you dont get addicted and still save and dint give your money in one go for one investment. Save save save. And ask the experts. God bless.
