I think It Is Stress ; Control It

Lessen your stress by treating your body well. Eat right, do some exercises and get enough sleep. Do not pressure yourself . Ask for help whenever you feel needing it. Relax. Be calm. Read a good book, watch a movie or play with your pets. Look at a problem positively. Figure out options and take action that will lead you to solutions. Be confident. Your way of thinking influence the way you see things. Do not let stress control you. It should be you who will control stress.

@magallon its good I was into this sport, thanks to my peers who as involve in fun running that started 2010 if I'm not mistaken. I have run 24 kilometers, the longest, but I hope I can do more, like 42 kilometers. Tomorrow it will be a 5K run in the morning.

@Beatburn i'm sure it really works but sometimes i feel more stressed thinking if they really want what i did or if they appreciate what i have done. i always think about my children. almost all the time , it is them whom i give priority.

Most of the time No. We cannot always look at problems positively . But we have to learn how to take it positively because if not , it will really affect us. Not only physically, emotionally but also mentally. I know it is hard but i think we should try..
