Beautiful rainbow at dusk

As I went out of the house to stretch my legs from sitting in front of my PC, I looked up the sky and saw a very beautiful rainbow. I hurriedly ran inside the house to get my camera and when I went back out of the house, the rainbow was already starting to fade unlike the first time I went out when it was so vivid.
Still, I was able to take some captures, one of which is the attached photo :)

Thanks. It looks very nice but others have captured the rainbow far better than this shot of mine. I think I was a bit late to find out its presence :)
So next time always bring your smartphone with you, so once you see a beautiful scenery , you can shoot right away.@sunrisefan (28524)

I was not so glad with my capture after seeing the shots of others who posted them on FB. I was quite late in finding out that there was a rainbow.

It was so beautiful indeed, Ms. Judy, and it's the first time I saw a rainbow in it's full half moon arc.

It's in its fading moment though as I was late in finding out that it was there :) Others at the boulevard area in the city were able to take better and more beautiful shots.

As they say, the rainbow is a sign of hope. A new beginning. Like Star Wars.
Seriously, I like the photo and glad that you got to post it. It's still related to the sun, and being a sunrise fan, you must have been glad to capture the rainbow.

Yes, I was glad I was able to capture it on photo but I would have been happier if I went out of the house a minute or two earlier as the rainbow would have been much clearer then.
