The incredible shrinking can of coffee

Well we are obviously in an inflationary cycle right now..as evidenced by the 3 pound can of coffee..A couple of months ago it was 2.6 pounds now is 2.2 pounds. 3 pounds forget it..that was a couple of years ago! You think you are getting a deal until you realize how much smaller the can is..This will go on for awhile until consumers complain, then they will go back to full size and charge twice as much. It happens every few years..It's almost like clockwork.

These changes occurs according to different cost of raw material used in any product in different times.

@snowy22315 And there used to be 60 matches in a box. Now they're down to about 40 I think.

I have not notice the decrease, but I am sure there has been a decrease in the amount of coffee in those cans we buy.

I have never noticed this with coffee. Which brand is it that you have noticed it? Seems like so many companies do shady things like this.
