Instant Noodles for Breakfast

I just finished my bowl of hot and spicy instant noodle soup. This is the easiest to prepare for breakfast. I really love it even if it's a cold or a warm morning, I still want a bowl of noodles.
I just add some veggies and other toppings that I can see in the kitchen. Hihihi!
I added some napa cabbage, celery and spring onions. I also added Nagaraya cracker nuts and hot sauce.

I guess the idea of noodles for breakfast might seem unusual to people in my part of the world - but why? We enjoy other savoury foods to start the day. And I do really like noodles!

The concept of a standard breakfast seems to have changed as one could never think of noodles for breakfast.

instant noodles are often cooked for breakfast by my son. yesterday, he cooked the shanghai pansit canton of lucky me (2 packs) and i ate my share with another carbohydrates. i sandwiched the bread with the noodles. (typical way of a Pinoy to eat noodles---with bread=double carbo)
