Leadership

Though plenty articles and books available on desirable characteristics of leaders but i hardly ever had in my career a leader acting by these books.I belief that a leadership perse can't be taught.This is the whole personality ,founded in early childhood, of a person that does count .I have seen many leaders in my company who will walk,talk,smile like a leader by book but once under pressure their real persona cracks open.

There's a lot of different leadership styles. Not every leader will conduct the same way. There's strong leadership and there's non active leadership. Being any leadership position isn't an easy position to be in especially with a lot of resistance.

Though I was a very timid person intimated by smaller challenges in life.I started becoming a leader when I started doing a network marketing business.Though I was not successful in it I emerged victorious as a totally new side of my persona that of a leader had arose within me.:)
