i started practicing english speaking because it is must to get jobs in software companies here in india.......its so hard in the beginning.....when i talk to myself i am quite fluent but i have no idea how i will react in real time conversation.....any tips will help me...

You must interact with those that speak that language.

@Prshnth You can join some online courses that have videos that involve conversation.

I would recommend trying several English Sites, as what works for one person might not work for another. English is a hard language with words that mean something different depending on how its used. Good luck and am sure you will be successful.

Some learned English by listening to the news. BBC News is good if you can see that.
