My grand daughter is here for the night

She wasn't going to come over because she has no school tomorrow but there was a change of plans and she is here. She is playing with the cats now. They are always happy when she comes to visit.
I am going to let her use my tablet in a bit to play a few games and I am going to go watch the hockey game. She will probably stay up late because she can sleep in tomorrow.
I will get up on the morning and go to work and my fiance will drive her back home around noon.
Happy mylotting to all of you. I may be back later.

I am just settling in for the night. By settling in, I mean earning and potentially watching some televsion. The "jail sentence" is tomorrow. By jail sentence, I mean work.

@Happy2BeMe I have only been working once a week. It isn't very good for my financial situation, nor is it good for my want to be lazy.
Friday (as far as I am aware) is the only day I'll work for the rest of this week.
I guess you don't work weekends?

@ScribbledAdNauseum I work Monday to Friday and have all weekends off. I do work overtime on occasion but it is rare.

Hope you all have a nice evening together - I'm sure your granddaughter is so happy there. The kids do have school tomorrow . . . they're getting their homework and chores done now . . . tonight we watch their favorite cooking shows if and only if they get everything done.

@much2say Oh my grand daughter watches Master Chef Junior and Master Chef Canada. She loves those shows. I thought it was funny but I guess she is not the only kid watching cooking shows!! cool!!

@Happy2BeMe sometimes I do, sometimes I dont, I managed to sub 2 full days this week, and have D store three other days, (but those shifts are only 4-5 hours), so it's about a half a week of work in total
