The simple things in life....

The pictures says it all for me. I am not a materialistic person. I never have been and I never will be. I want for little in life. What I do have I am thankful for. It takes very little to make me happy. I have a roof over my head, good food on my table and a family who loves me. What more could I possibly want? Sure I could go out and buy all kinds of material things and the best of everything but it wouldn't make me feel any happier then I am right now.
The things that make me happy are spending time with my family and enjoying the great outdoors. Sitting a top a mountain enjoying the view or sitting on a beach listening to the waves slap the shore is heavenly to me. Spending the night in a tent on the river's edge or sitting around a campfire talking the night way is what I love to do. Sure I could rent a fancy hotel room but I wouldn't be happy and I wouldn't feel comfortable. It is not who I am.
I can honestly say I am the happiest I have ever been in my life! Life is awesome! The sun is shining today. It is a beautiful out there and it got me thinking about all the simple things in life that make me smile.

I enjoy whatever comes my way. I'm pretty easy. If life is slow though, I beef it up, if it's a merry go round, I get off. I like to have a little say in how it flows. Sitting in a hammock on a mountain top sounds heavenly.

I love everything. I'm the first to admit I'm materialistic, but also enjoy the simple things in life. I'm content and happy, healthy and smart, and lucky and blessed. That's all that matters to me. I love my life! Enjoy yours, too. We are what we make of life.

Really happiness is in simple things.I could say there are very few people like you who don't run behind material things for happiness .Otherwise everyone wants money,luxury where relations have no meaning .May almighty fulfill all your wishes and always be happy.

I´m not very outdoorsy brcause I have had back surgery and other things I won´t mention. But I love my garden and I´m very proud that all of it has been made from cuttings and stolen seeds from my friends.

I am the way in the fact that I have all that I really need with a shirt on my back, a roof over my head, food on the table and a little put away for the future.
I love sitting outside in a hammock too, I'm not so much for the entire camping thing-I like the a/c too much, but I do love to be outdoors in the nice weather enjoying the sights, sounds and smells.
