Good morning and Happy Friday
What is your favorite kind of pizza?
For me the topping is proscuitto ,roasted pepper and black olives.
Mike does this time and time.
You get the flavor from those three ingredients.
They are amazing.If you want sliced tomato.Have them on the side.
What is yours.

When it comes to pizza, I am all Sicilian and naturally too.
I like very thin crust with anchovies, cheese, good sauce, and black olives, occasionally some mushrooms.

@TiarasOceanView so do I.The topping sounds good there.The last time we were in Italy there.The crust is thin.I loved it.
My family is from Naples area.They call us calibrate?

Homemade is my absolute favorite but plain old cheese is fine when I'm ordering. I'm not big on toppings

You might think I am boring but to be honest my favourite pizza is a Margherita thin crusted pizza with just cheese and tomato and basil. I do not like deep pan, thick pastry or stuffed pastry at all. The best pizza I have ever tasted was in Naples many years ago.

When I would make my own: tomato paste, mushrooms, green peppers, onions and mozzarella cheese.

@amadeo I'll be going for pizza with my daughter and son-in-law this Friday evening. We are doing the rounds of the best reputed pizzerias in Montreal. I'll bring a camera and if I don't forget I'll take a picture. I love pizza!

Nothing particular, I would gobble up anything that has a semblance to pizza, even toasted bread with tomato paste, cheese, onions and spices and any meat, but do not get me wrong, i am no stranger to authentic italian pizza, ( if there is such a thing) its just that I like it any form

@amadeo English muffins are wonderful but it's not very common here, most Filipinos have never heard of it, the nearest it would be is our "pandesal" , yes I have tried making a recipe called " pandesal pizza" im sure it would have similarities if English muffins were used.

I like mushrooms, olives and onions. I don't care what color the olives are when they are on pizza.

That sounds really good. I do like those toppings. It depends what we are in the mood for. We like most pizza and most toppings, anything but anchovies.

new york style pizza or cheese overload or whatever as long as it is pizza! :) I'm a pizzaholic and will always be, I'm not picky when it comes to flavor and as long as there's lots of cheese and pepperoni I'm good I will not complain just take my money! :)

Because we are food snobs, we like to make our own. No animal products and some need without gluten, so we usually make a few. Olives, red peppers, and onions are always appreciated.

Right now, it's a four cheese white pizza with dollops of Ricotta cheese on it, made by our local pizza place.
