My View

The snow started some time before midnight last night. I checked it every time I got up last night, which wasn't often, but my last view through my bedroom window was blocked. When I got up this morning, I saw the living room window was also blocked, and as you can see, my office window is blocked. Does this make me sad. Heck no! I'm temporarily blinded from all the action going on outside, but when I've checked as close as I can through the windows, I could see it's still coming down. My older son was also just here, and he said there is already about five inches out there. I'm loving it. The smile on my face is there for all to see. And this doesn't end until tomorrow. In the meantime, I'm staying in and enjoying it from the inside. I had thought about going out later. Church is having a movie night, but I'm hoping they canceled it. Even if they haven't, I'm not going as planned. I'm going to be here, either on the computer, or getting other work done. So that's my day. How's yours? Thanks for reading.

Well, a gray, snowy day just isn't my thing, but I know how happy it makes you. I just peeked out my window to see my view and I found the tide is going out.

You did not go swimming. Stay in it is safer that way.

Green Bay can keep it. We had rain and snow mix here yesterday ourselves and Hail for a little bit. I know we are ready for some warmer weather.

I admit that I do enjoy snow through the window....but otherwise I just hate it because it means cold.

It has been rather mild in my neck of the woods these days. Vermont! Although we just been dumped on snow wise just last week! Might as well enjoy it if we can. Wisconsin gets real cold and snowy from what I have heard. Enjoy your day. Thanks for reaching out today.

I knew that if you were getting the snow you were expecting that you'd be happy, but I didn't know if you'd gotten any or not. We had snow flurries off and on today, but it was so windy that it pretty much just blew around and didn't settle at all. Tomorrow may be a bit warmer again, into the forties, so the snow shouldn't come our way again yet. I'm not sure what you mean by your windows being blocked? Since you have your shades down and the view looks like you're close to the floor aiming up, was it the snow falling that blocked your view from seeing out very far, or what exactly was blocking those windows in each room? I do see that you're sitting at your computer, but it looks like you're lower than that.
