Gave him nebulizer treatment

So my son's cough is back and last time he had a cough like this, the doctor gave him a nebulizer treatment right at his appointment. Well, needless to say how cough is harsh but not contagious. I just gave him a nebulizer treatment and it is helping a little. He is taking medicine too. The mucus for this cold weather is not good. Won't break up well. He sees the doctor again Monday afternoon to see how he is doing and on Sunday I will be giving him another nebulizer treatment. Hopefully he gets better soon.

Would an Albuterol Inhaler be better for him @carebear29 ? I found using a nebulizer didn't work as well as the inhaler.

Get well soon little guy. My parents, nephew, and niece have asthma and they often use a nebulizer.
