Ok. I admit it. I am a meat-lover and once in a while, I like a good steak. Fajitas, rib eye or Filet Mignon, I can eat a good prepared steak with onions and some steak sauce. I look forward to the Summer where I can settle down with family and friends and have a nice well cooked steak! I like mine's well done. How about you? Are you a steak lover? How do you prefer your steak?

I like mine well done. Now you got me craving for some steak and corn on cob.

I am not much of a steak eater but I prefer it prepared medium rare.

Make mine medium well, done enough to cook all the pink out, but still tender and juicy.

I have to have my steak done. No pink or blood at all.

Usually I like steak well done, but sometimes want it a little juicier, so I enjoy it medium well. I could never stomach steaks "cooked" rare.

Welldone via sous vide. Sous vide can make a steak be well done but have the color and tenderness of a medium rare steak.
