The guy is a stranger for you.So I would like to suggest you to be cautious.If you want to meet him, meet him in a public place.If I were a girl I would be very careful before meeting someone who is a stranger to me.

Why not? Go to a public place where you're not alone with him, to a café or restaurant. Talk to him. So you can find out if you like him or not. If you don't go, you'll spend the rest of your life wondering "What if?"

Go meet him in a public place. That way you know that it is safe.

I call this a fifty fifty situation. As one says first impression is the best impression. Be cautious when giving numbers but now that you have given your number and if you are interested in communicating with the person you can tell your family about this and then think of meeting him. The second thing is he may be having a facebook, or similar such communication check about that too. You will come to know of his interests. Try to converse over phone initially and be observant you will come to know of many things. Think about his behavior with other copassengers in the train was it the same way as how it was towards you. Think how his mannerisms where. Tell him you need some more think to come and meet in that time if you would want him to he can communicate. Test his patience and in the mean time when you converse with him if you would want to you will know more. If you are unsure or not confident send a sms and say a clear no to meeting him. Nothing wrong in meeting another human being if he is not an Alien,, What a backward mentality...it is still existing and throbbing the brains of the youngsters who are living in present generation. Be friendly, learn to move freely, learn to exchange views and learn to know things..

You have already met him at train, so meeting at any other public place should not be an issue. You just need to be aware of what you are thinking and try to analyse where this is leading upto.
