Going for a Spin

I don't believe those are the right words, but we are going for a sailboat ride.
Our friend has a sailboat, and invited us. I'm bringing lunch and wine.
I planned on myLotting, but the water is perfect, there is a gentle breeze, and the sun is shining.
I'm waiting in our lobby writing this. He is picking us up any minute for the short ride to the marina down the street.
I haven't sailed in years. So excited!

I went bowling today. It was a fundraiser through work. We had a good time. Tonight I'm going to relax and watch some movies. I've had a busy, social weekend. It was good fun, but I'm tired now!

You picked a beautiful day for some relaxing time on the water! Did you sail out into the Atlantic, or did you stay in the intracoastal? Have you been up to Peanut Island yet by the Palm Beach inlet?

@DianneN Did you get to visit JFK's bunker on Peanut Island? Believe it or not, I used to go to Peanut Island a lot when I was little, and back then, nobody knew the bunker was there! It was a well-hidden secret!
