LaLa Land...no Moonlight! What an awkward moment at the Oscars!

I haven't watched the Oscars in years, but tonight, I did, and boy, am I glad I did! It was wonderful, but the craziest moment was at the end, when Faye Dunaway announced the wrong movie for best picture. Warren Beatty definitely looked confused when he opened the envelope, and something seemed wrong. He said that the card said Best Lead Actress Emma Stone and LaLa Land on the envelope. However, Emma Stone said she had that card in her hand the whole time. The card that the person from the LaLa Land crew held up said Moonlight, and assured everyone that it wasn't a joke. I can't believe that someone from the Academy didn't intervene sooner. Did you watch the Academy Awards? I am waiting for the official statement to hear what actually happened. What do you think happened? Did Warren get the wrong card? Did Faye misread it?

It was fun to watch until that part when it went bizarre. I wonder how Trump will tweet about it as he was being mentioned the whole time.

During this course, there was eclipse, I am sure you must have read it, and that is why the Moonlight was shadowed by the sunlight, obviously the confusion was written on both the people who had to announce the winner. It was not their fault, sometime such things do happen. Just imagine how embarrassed they would have been. Finally, everybody was happy.

I heard there was some mistake but didn't know it was like that. I never watch Oscars because most of the movies I never even heard of or seen them

I cannot even think that such a horrible mistake could be possible. And how crudely the whole thing was handled.
