Do you know if we have a cup of grapes it helps us reducing our body fat which is great. Having Grapes it helps and at morning 1 glass of water with a 2 Tea spoon of Honey with warm water with empty stomach it helps us to reduce fat faster. Hope you like it.

@AJAYSAXENA I do have lot of bananas daily.. chicken I usually have but i think thay is without skin..

I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing. This is the first time I heard about it. I usually read about taking a spoonful of lemon or something in the morning. I could try that. Grapes taste better.
