But please don't pay attention to that. Since it is just made up lies to get publicity. Even though we see bullying and threats going around on social media. All you need to do is open a controversial topic and watch it flowing freely and openly. This 20 years old student has been leading a protest against some higher ups whose workers entered the University and beat up professor and students. She is a daughter of a martyred soldier and has been trolled and accused of using her father's name. People are shaming her and being cruel to her. Some even going as far as to threaten her with rape and murder. She has stated again and again that it is JUST for the students safety and a protest against violence. But nope! Don't listen to her since she is just a pawn. She has been "misled", "brain washed" according to our "esteemed" leaders. They are calling her traitor, anti-national. Maybe I am naive or blind or stupid but since when standing up against violence became anti-national? (Photo: Another brain cells killing incident.)

@Brittnyrose All the uproar was because of a pacifist comment made by her. That her Father was killed in a war. Not by any particular country.

There definitely is @allknowing. Daughter of a martyr or not, involved with any political agenda or not, those threats are not acceptable.

She's bullied because she hits some sensitivities to those cruel people. It's her right to have her voice heard. I am happy she didn't waiver on that stand.

@SIMPLYD She stepped back because of enormous trolling and threats. She said she made her point and could only take so much of bullying.

@VivaLaDani13 Besides reading the latest news, I was watching short films / reports too and learning some history about the time my parents got married in the middle of mass killings. Did I ever tell you how narrowly my family escaped? My parents weren't married at the time. I wouldn't even have existed if things would have gone otherwise. Here:
Operation Blue Star was an Indian military operation which took place 3--8 June 1984, ordered by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi[8] in order to remove Jarnail S...

@jaboUK Situation gets worse when politicians gets involved with their hidden agendas. It discredits the whole noble cause because then people start to believe that it is a publicity stunt.

In the US, we have so many false allegations, and false stories concocted by the press, it's hard to know what's real and what's not. And false allegations, unfortunately, undermine the credibility of (or at least our tendency to believe) true allegations.
