What makes it special?
A question my sister asked me when she checked my watch. Told me she didn't know about the brand, yet, and what makes it more e pensive than a certain brand, to her eyes, it looks quite ordinary.
Realization sets in, thinking about the question, what makes something special to you, that in the eyes of the others, there is nothing on it.
Yes, that simple watch that i bought have stirred up some thoughts, that I can not find the words to explained it to her, why did I buy it, what made me buy it, not thinking I have gone beyond my budget.
Sometimes we don't see what others can see, we don't feel what others can feel.
And I felt that, this watch belongs to me, it is so me, simple, nothing much on it(not even a second hand, haha). That simplicity alone makes it special for me, it speaks of my personality, a connection--unexplainable one. Not to mention I can change the band like I have more than one watch.
Have you ever bought something that in some eyes it looks ordinary, but for you, it is very special?

My watch is a famous brand, is quite pricey, but the best part about this watch that makes it special is that it lasts a long time and doesn't need replacing. I don't know how long I've had this watch, many years and the only thing I've replaced on it is the battery every couple years. If you know where to go, even that is a free replacement.

no to otghers the necklace I wear is pretty shad of blue looks like' angles each p niece but actually they are stylized bunny
rabbits s but the shapes do look like angels It was give to me one;' Easter tine by a sweet resident who spoke no English
only Spanish. so its special because a friend gave it to me and because the little shapes d o look like Angles

I don't usually buy expensive things that's why others will really think it's just ordinary and nothing special about it. But when I really like it and I bought it, I will consider it as something special. It's just that, I don't want to get too much attached to it. I might not be able to move on if it gets lost.

wait, i bought one 'pala' when i worked in Kuwait but unfortunately, that was left back there during the gulf war

I have an ordinary sea shell that is adorning my showcase picked from the beaches of the Bahamas. Ordinary for others but priceless to me. It brings back memories of my cruise.
