Do you meditate?
I don't. Although I am doing a Yogi practice as taught to me by a mylot member here, @toniganzon . I always d this especially when I didn't have enough sleep. I would close my eyes and recline my swivel chair and put my feet up my table (note: I close the door of the office room and do this at lunch break) then I would inhale and exhale deeply , while my eyes are closed. I open my eyes when the alarm for 15 minutes goes off. I feel so awake and reinvigorated for about 4 hours after that. I actually sometimes would sleep as I keep doing that. Though most of the time, I don't but stayed that way for 15 minutes .
