As I see here in myLot there are lotters with Ebay accounts. I intend sooner or later to open my Ebay account. My question is: what kinds of items do lotters with Ebay accounts sell? Any suggestions? What is selling better? I am waiting for your answers! Thank you beforehand! Thank you for reading!

I do have things to sell but all the bother about packing and stuff puts me off. I have bought on eBay but lately I have chosen amazon for my purchases.

Switzerland is a small country and there are not many people interested in buying from eBay. Sending outside Switzerland is too expensive and there is also the Custom fees to consider. So I never opened an eBay account.

When I was selling stuff a little over a year ago.. I was selling books and a lot of old china and teacups. I would pick up the china at tag sales, estate sales and even Goodwill, or Salvation army stores. and resell them. I would look the item up on my phone to see what they were selling for on ebay. pretty much determine if I could make a profit with them before the purchase.. after a while I kinda got to know which items were worth more or would sell.

I pretty much stopped selling on ebay after it got so big. Everything I tried to sell had dozens just like it selling for pennies. I don't know how anyone makes a profit, but maybe you'll have better success. Just remember that ebay and paypal both charge sellers' fees.

I haven't sold on Ebay for ages. Postage is too costly in Australia now and it seems many have stopped buying.

I sell clothes in a good condition that I no longer want or that don't fit me anymore. I sell household items and DVDs. I have sold a few coins which are rare, coins that are still in circulation but which people want to save because not many have been made.
