Back from the gym!

Tonight's workout was strength training. It was a tough one because there were many sets of everything! This is what we did: (alternating back and forth between the 2 exercises in each group)
ARMS
1) tricep press down (5 x 7)
2) double dumbbell chest press (5 x 7)
LEGS
1) single leg lunge (5 x 7)
2) single leg deadlift (5 x 7)
BACK/BICEPS
1) one arm kettlebell rows (5 x 7)
2) hammer bicep curls (5 x 7)
The finisher was crazy. We did 5 rounds of 10 second intervals at the battle ropes, rowing machines, and medicine ball slams. I was absolutely soaked with sweat at the end of tonight's workout. My husband got stuck in traffic and is later than expected getting home. I was actually happy about that because it gave me time to get a shower before getting dressed to go out to dinner. I wasn't going to be able to just get changed and go out into public after tonight's training session.

Workouts in the gym are good to relieve stress and feel healthier.

After that exercise routine, your whole has to be in "deadlift" condition!
