I woke up early again today before 4AM and proceeded to the ovals at 4:30 for the second day of my return to walking It was still too dark but I like it because there would only be a few walkers/joggers by then. I brought along my camera as it has been a long time too that I did my sunrise shots.
True enough, there was only a handful of people when I arrived at the ovals. I improved a little for today's walk. I finished the 10 rounds in 47 minutes and 37 seconds, a little better than the other day's 48.22.
It was still dark after my walk but I proceeded to the seaside to wait for the sun to rise. When I arrived at the seaside, the sun must have been asleep yet as I could not see a trace of it. A few minutes, however, the majestic sun began its ascent and I indulged myself with the Maker's beautiful creation and palette in the sky.
The attached photo is among the many shots that I took of the rising sun, the sky and some other scenes.

@sunrisefan That is good then that she comes and enjoy the company of those two also. Are they walking fast?
It is said that for walking to be called an exercise it should be brisk.

Yes, she comes to walk at the ovals. She walks with as many as 6 sometimes. One of them is a lady lawyer and another is a former provincial administrator. These two have very loud voices when they laugh that I can hear them on the other side of the ovals :)
I walk alone because I have a pace I like to keep and I have my goals for time and distance.

@SIMPLYD They talk faster than walking hehehe! Their laughter reverbirates in the ovals when there are 5 or 6 of them altogether or even 7 when the wife of a congressman from another province joins them sometimes. I do brisk walking and because of my morning walks, my resting heart rate (I still use my Fitbit even when sleeping) is only between 59 to 69 BPM.

@sunrisefan That is nice too. 76 is a lot but Vince takes dozens and dozens sometimes too.

@sunrisefan That's true. It comes as a great surprise sometimes. And how lovely to have digital cameras and not those with film? We'd be much more careful in the old days with the number of photos we'd take.

I don't really intentionally take a nap during the day but sometimes I get to doze off for about 10 minutes, more or less, when I'm viewing the noontime show after lunch.
