Tonight I found it. I found it and I may have squealed. And when I squealed I may have alarmed the security guard of my grocery store because he watched me as I took a picture of it. Then approached me when I may have squealed a second time. What was it? The elusive Crystal Pepsi. This was MY drink in the 90s. I'm surprised I didn't single handedly keep them in business I drank so much. And I was so sad when they quit making it. Then, a year or two ago they anounced they would be re-releasing Crystal Pepsi in limited markets. Well, as months passed I just figured we were not going to get them in our area. THEN I SAW IT!!! The security guard came up to me and said, "Those are gross." Aghast I said, "No they're not!" My husband said, "She's been looking for it for a while." I said, "I've been looking for it since the 90s!" The guard laughed and said, "I didn't like them back then either." Either way, I added it to my grocery cart. My splurge for this months grocery bill was a $1.79 soft drink. And it was TOTALLY worth it. Is there a food or drink that you used to LOVE that they don't make anymore? What would you be MOST excited to find unexpectedly in a grocery store?

I can't think of anything I'd find in a grocery store that would be worth squealing about. But I'm glad it meant so much to you. :)

There are plenty of foods and drinks that I liked and they don't make them anymore. I do not believe I would be excited to see them back in the grocery stores because I am sure they would not taste the same.

The Crystal Pepsi wasn't as good as I remember. But I'm not sure if the taste has changed, or my 90s taste buds were different from my old lady ones. lol

@nonersays No, they say that the product is identical, but it is not true, it happens all the time.

Oh, I am not sure. My taste has changed so much over the years. I did love lots of the movie candies, like Zero Bars, and Chickostix.

I went through a Zero bar phase. Our local Michaels sells Chickostix as register candy! One peson comes in and buys tons of Zagnut bars where I work. He says its the only place he can find them.

I had a friend in HS who LOVED Surge. Her Surge and my Crystal Pepsi. I kind of wish the entire 90s would make a comeback. I'm so dated. lol

@nonersays if you're dated, im dated too, lol. My best friend in high school would sink all his quarters in the Surge machine in school. He was probably the only one that kept that machine going lol. I miss the 90s too
