When a tissue paper is used?

I am confused...are you wanting to know about tissue paper or toilet tissue paper? Cause there is a big difference. One is for hygiene purposes and the other is for gift wrapping.

It depends on what your needs are, you can use the roll tissue paper for a lot of things, wiping spilled stuff but it clumps, wiping your butt after using the bathroom, wiping off makeup, wiping away tears, wiping female private parts after going to the toilet, I have used it to wipe my hands after washing if there are no other kinds of towels available, blowing your nose, used when giving a perm to catch the dripping perm solution, applying make-up if you are out of other things ( sponges etc.) on and on and on...
