Ten Things I Am Thankful For

My dear Mylot friend, @Hatley, does one of these every month or so. I just read hers and thought I would do one too. It is good to look at what you are thankful for on occasion. Thank you @Hatley for this. 1. My kids are strong and healthy. They have mental issues but physically they are fine. 2. I get enough money to pay my utilities and rent each month so I have a roof over my head. 3. My daughter is a pretty good caregiver. I am thankful for that. I wish my grandson would help her more. He is so spoiled. 4. I am glad I have a strong heart. Am moderately healthy too. 5. I am proud to be a strong and intelligent woman. I am glad that my daughter and granddaughter are strong and intelligent as well. 6. I am so thankful to have my BFF that I have known since I was in my mid teens. She is a jewel. 7. I am proud to be an American. I see all these refugees on the TV and I feel so badly for them. I think the US has a lot to offer and I don't know how my life would be now if I lived in another country. The SS and other benefits I am so thankful to have. Would I have them if I lived in another country? 8. And, I love living in Idaho. I live where there are three mountain ranges surrounding me. The Owyhees, Rockies and the Sawtoothes. 9. I am thankful that I have had the memories and life I have had. Travelled with the carnival, rode with a member of a motorcycle gang. I have had some really great adventures in my life. I am thankful I have had the experiences I have had in my life. They have made me who I am. 10. I'm glad that I found Mylot and that I have gotten to know all the people I have here.
