That white stuff when I microwave coffee

When I microwave a cup of coffee and add cream and mix it, there's there's some white stuff, looks like foam on the top. It looks like the cream isn't completly melting, but i've heated it up long enough to be very hot. still does it. Anyone know why?

is it real cream or powdered creamer? powdered does that a lot.

I microwave a lot of coffee. I have never had a problem with the cream not mixing properly.
