Fifi's Sleepover

Whenever my husband and I go away for a few days our dog Fifi goes to our daughters house..
I'm never sure who looks forward to it more, our daughter, or our dog.
This afternoon Fifi was packed off for a week. Her blanket, her dishes, her food and her treats. For the next week she gets a different view. Less squirrels and more children.
Our granddaughter Sandra wanted to make sure we didn't miss Fifi. She pretended she was our dog....right down to laying across the back of the sofa.

I think Sandra was missing Fifi. She climbed on my lap...she climbed on my husbands lap...licking his hand....

Yes she is an American Eskimo. She is a miniature...if she was any smaller, she would be considered a toy.

@Morleyhunt yes kids just love dogs. She's been with you for 13 years. Awww thats awesome. I guess she is like a family member too.

My grandkids enjoy her a lot more than she usually enjoys them. She's getting old...she's almost 13 years old.

My daughter is a single...living alone...she has Fifi to keep he company while she keeps an eye on our house and on two of her neighbours as well. She's very much I. Demand this weekend. She is also babysitting .sandra for the weekend.

She'll enjoy looking out of my daughters window. It's much closer to the street than our window and because she lives in the city there is a lot more foot traffic passing by.

It was quite entertaining. Too bad Sandra didn't sleep well last night...if I got two full hours of sleep it was a lot.

She has been good when we take her places. She tends to bark a lot...this is very common with her breed.
