I had a good nap Monday afternoon.

I took a nap after my mother left my apartment and after we got back from the grocery store.My mother said she was driving back to her house to take a nap because she woke up at 3 am and could not get back to sleep.

I know that desperate call for a nap during a hectic day. Those naps can be so glorious and even if you skip them, you get the best night rest of your life!

@workathomefan you went to the grocery and you were spending time with your mom. Talking and shopping does take up energy. If not, then you're quite the active person.
