I lost my blog

I lost my entire blog and all the posts just like that. Two weeks back as I tried to log in to my site, I got the message that my account has been suspended. I contact my hosting service provider and came to know that he had not renewed hosting fees and as a result, the hosting services blocked his account. He plainly told me that he doesn't intend to renew it and so I better forget my site. The lesson learnt is to buy hosting services directly from hosting sites or some reliable vendor rather than intermediates.

I hope you kept records of your blog articles. What site did you place your blog on?

It was an independently hosted wordpress site. I had the back up of my poems but lost the articles.

@swalia But you are well organised and must have saved copies of those blogs.

It was an independently hosted wordpress site. And I lost it due to the negligence of my hosting service provider.

@allknowing Yeah...thankfully I had saved the articles - a lesson learnt after losing so many articles on the ever vanishing writing sites.
